How this started
A lemonade stand,
then a flood.
We started under a canopy at county fairs, shaking lemonade to order. That became a trailer, and the trailer became a lease on a little yellow building on Westwood Ave.
One week after we signed it, the December floods came through Redding and the water came up past the building. It took personal loans, new flooring, new walls and a lot more months than we planned — but we opened on March 26th, 2026.

Open 7:30am to 3pm every day except Tuesdays. Drive-thru runs Monday, Wednesday and Thursday — Friday through Sunday is walk-in, first come first served.
Rolls take about 24 hours start to finish and we only bake what fits in the morning. When we’re out, we’re out.
